I recently started a programming course where I learn C#, Java and ...*sigh*... visual basic. I was just wondering... is C# anygood when it comes to game engines? If I want to get into the games industry should I do C++ on the side or will C# do? Also.. How powerful is VB? What would you say Visual Basic pushed to it''s limit could produce? Both game and application wise. Cheers A.s

If your thinking about game programing in C# (or VB) then you should check out "Managed DirectX 9 Graphics and Game Programming" by Tom Miller (the guy who wrote the API). Its an excelent book.
