Hi yall.. i''ve been seing some vga tutorials and out to use coulors.. can a similar process be used to create coulor ambients in console aplications????

No. To control console colors, either use ANSI terminal control codes or whatever console API your platform supports (like ncurses on *NIX or the "Character-Mode API" on Win32)
