Something similar to rtzen, in which shaders are created visualy, by adding elements and tweaking properties.
That package will be released for US$1995.00, is there anything similar on SourceForge for example, that tries to design shaders in the same way?

Visual Shader Compiling
I don''t know, in m point of view, if I am capable of producing quality shaders using their toolset, then i should imply that would hold the knowledge to implement them manually...
Don''t get me wrong I love the idea of quickly developing shaders, but like you, I would not spend money on it (certainly not THAT much)...
I though ati and nvidia had their own shader apps..

At the minute the closest you will probably come is either FX Composer from nVidia or RenderMonkey from ATi. They''re not difficult to use but they do require some coding - i.e. they aren''t just about slapping stuff together in a purely visual fashion.
