Hi I wrote a small Win32 application (PAK File) which uses SHBrowseForFolder and GetOpenFileName dialogs to retrieve file paths so far. My problem is that i need a dialog which supports multiple selection of files AND directories. Is there an "easy" way to do this with pure Win32, or do i have to program such a dialog from scratch ? Any help would be appreciated Sorry for my english, i am not a native speaker.

Unfortunately, I doubt that there is a Win32 way of doing it. Selecting multiple directories is especially uncommon. Have you tried the Usenet archives?

Yes, i searched google groups and found nothing.
But applications like WinZip have dialogs like that and i assume they use Win32-API too ?
But maybe they use custom built dialogs
