Running my game on another computer

Hey, I have recently finished writing a 2d game with directX 8.1 on VC++ 6.0. I can compile and run it perfectly on my computer, in release and debug modes. On other computers though, everything will load fine except for 1 texture on the second character. The background, p1, and sounds all work fine. Ive tested it on computers with directx 8.1 as well as 9.0. Any ideas what the problem could be?? Thanks.

Possibly a texture format that the other computer''s graphics card can''t handle? Something too big? Maybe the texture isn''t following the power of 2 rule?

Just some thoughts,

Could be I''ll look into that. Im am just confused though, since player 1 is the created the same exact way, same texture, and shows up just fine.
