default command line args

i asked this question not too long ago and searched for it but cant find the answer. how (using visual studio.net) do i have the compiler supply a set of arguments to the program when its run?

Project -> Properties -> Debugging -> Command arguments

Can''t remember off the top of my head, but it''s under Project Settings (or is that Project->Settings?) One of the tabs should deal with executing the binary. That''d be the one.
