Ok I realise there might not be many people here who know anything about Java3D cos it is kinda specialized but i''ll try neway. Basically i''m following the texturing tutorial that is provided on the sun website but am getting an error with a section of their code.
1. TextureLoader loader = new TextureLoader("stripe.jpg", this);
2. ImageComponent2D image = loader.getImage();
3. Texture2D texture = new Texture2D();
4. texture.setImage(0, image);
5. Appearance appear = new Appearance();
6. appear.setTexture(texture);
I get an error on lines 4 and 6 saying that an indentifier is expected and the ^ points to the first bracket of the method in both cases. Does anyone have any insight into this????
