Greetings all, I am looking for one (or several) good book(s) which have legal forms and ''boiler plate'' contracts/agreements with a strong emphasis for Game/Web designers. Please understand I''m not looking for tutorials on business law, creative & intellectual property rights of individuals, etc -- just the fine print and red tape! Any suggestions, besides getting an IP attorney, are greatly appreciated! Thankyou -Shane PS - All I could find on Amazon was: "Web & Software Development: A legal guide" (Fishman). By the table of contents, book description, and customer reviews, it seems to be a great book on IP law theory, but very little contractual content. Anybody read it and have suggestions otherwise??
