ooo, frigginfabulasspanktastic idea you have here dude. Cant see nothing wrong with it, and its a lovely thing for in a game, it would make dynamic quests that arrise bacuse of behaviors and the situations that come out of these behaviours, neat !

I have the same idea, but my world has no NPC''s except for mosters, animals and such, everything humanoid is a player, so these creatures would have a similiar live, that can make situations. Like them nesting in e valuable resource that needs to be taken, but all random and all. Cool, good luck !
