Athlon/p4 instruction set

Is there a document that lists the instruction set of either processor along with the cycles it takes to execute?? Coz i cant find one
For intel CPU instruction manuals you can look at http://developer.intel.com/hardwaredesign/processors.htm
No idea, though, where to found cycle timing for each instruction. If someone knows that, please give a link!

With modern processors I believe that there is no fixed value of clock cycles that any given instruction will take. This is due to the way CPUs pipeline intructions etc. I'd guess that you want instruction timings for optimization purposes. In that case you'll want to take a look at the Intel optimization manual and the AMD optimization manual.
