I am taking a graphics class in college and we had to do a final project which is being presented today. The computer science department bought some new computers for this class which have GeForce FX 5200 graphics cards and are running Red hat 9.0. For my project I have some polygons that are textured and others that are just colored using glMaterialfv. When I run my program on my home computer or any of the lab machines that arent the new machines my program works fine. When I run the program on the new machines the textured polygons are correct but the untextured polygons are white no matter what I change glMaterialfv to. Has anyone experienced this problem before or have an idea of what the problem might be? EDIT: Nevermind I think I found the problem, but I cant test it until I go to the lab. If you haven''t found the solution,
polygons tend to turn bright-white if you have texturing enabled but no valid texture bound.
