Get Imagedata with IDirect3DDevice9?

Can I get the mixed Imagdata with IDirect3DDevice9 in memory?Or get Imagedata with IDirect3DSurface9?Not to use the function D3dxSaveSurfaceToFile(). Anyone who have an idea please help me! Thanks!

return false;
if d3dsd.Format == D3DFMT_X8R8G8B8 I can get the data.but when the format is D3DFMT_YUY2 I have no idea!
