I have write: JButton okButton = new JButton("OK"); JFrame frame = screen.getFullScreenWindow(); contentPane = frame.getContentPane(); contentPane.add(okButton); okButton.setLocation(100,100); the button just become the full screen width and height (the screen become a button), what is the problem? also I use image button to test, they can only show 1 button (if more than 1 image button is added), and the position is at the center of the screen no matter what position I set. how can I fix this problem?

It''s simple you are usin fullscreen mode. It was done for purpose of game developers and others that needs unrestricted access to the graphic device. There are much less security breakes, you are pretty much on your own.

Yes I remmember that problem. I don''t entirely recall its cause. Have you listened about JPanel?
