First of all, please excuse (or admins: move) if this is in the wrong forum. Second: my question. Is there any decent way to use Active Server Pages with Apache? I''ve spent all day trying to figure it out, and I found http://www.apache-asp.com, which mentions what I''m trying to do, but despite the name, appears to be Perl instead of ASP. I previously had IIS, and am now changing, so to add PHP support all I had to do was add the following lines to my httpd.conf file: ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/" AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe" So, I decided to try doing this for ASP (since I have the DLL): ScriptAlias /inetsrv/ "C:/WINDOWS/System32/inetsrv/" AddType application/x-asp .asp Action application/x-asp "/inetsrv/asp.dll" But no go. Is either that website, or those lines somewhat correct? Is there a better way to go about this? Thanks for your time and help! ms
