ID3DXSprite Dest Rect

Im using the ID3DXSprite::Draw method the second parameter is CONST RECT *pSrcRect but there is no destination rect if I want to draw an entire 512x512 texture on the screen I can do that but what If I want to draw the entire 512x512 texture and have it cover an 800x600 screen ? I have heard of using transforms to scale it but I dont see how to make it an exact size I could always use transformed vertices on a tri strip but I was wondering if there was an easy way with ID3DXSprite to draw into a destination rect

I used his wrapper it works just like BltSprite. It''ll scale stuff for you to a destination rect
