I have a fundamental problem in my understanding of the word incompressible? I am reading a dissertation where it is stated that the Euler Equations of incompressible fluid motion is used. But the equations clearly show that the pressure is included in the formula. What does incompressible mean in that conjunction?

It means that the volume does not depend on the pressure, ie the density is constant.
