Where do I get a text bitmap?

Hi all, Where do I get or how do I create a bitmap like the one used by NeHe no display text on screen?? All I have use for are the numbers and the decimal point.

SuperDuck=========We are all like a duck ... it looks calm and cool above the water; but underneath, its tiny feet are peddling hard to stay afloat. Me? I''m just another duck in the pond!!!
