symbian lacks division and acos.

we''re working with the symbian os. it does support hardware division, acos, atan, cos, or sin. how can i find the angle between two vectors with these restrictions? one way is to use a lookup table for the acos angles. a fast approximation is what im looking for. thanks.

Lookup tables are the usual way to do trig on platforms that don''t support it natively. Remember to use trig identities (cos(-x) = cos(x)) to cut down on the required size of the table, so you can get greater precision in the same memory footprint.
