Convert normal map from object to tangent space

Hi, I have got a normal map for a 3D object. It is in object space and I want to convert it to tangent space using a mesh, whose tangent and binormal vectors are already calculated. I know how it has to be done but do not have the time to do it, so is there an already existing function? Thanks!
