I suggest a book, Andre LaMothe's Tips and Tricks of the Windows Game Programming Gurus 2. But if you just want a site, get on Google and search up tutorials for your DX SDK version. Read the SDK info too. There are a few tutorials in there. I have been able to pull together alot of DX stuff this way for my current project. It depends what language you're using too.. There are nifty articles here on Gamedev. I would recommend getting a sprite wrapper, or make your own using ID3DXSprite. Then research DInput and implement that, then maybe sound. Then even integrate d3d stuff. This is a good way to get into it I suppose. Good luck, and bear with it!

nexe.gamedev.net describes itself as exactly that (NeHe, DirectX style). But I would recommend doing as neneboricua19 suggested, because there are more specialised tutorials for different aspects of DX.
