Wow... so that means I could practically have a new fully functionable computer... on my TV screen? Are there any differences between a regular computer and this?

without a mod chip, you can only run official cd''s/dvd''s, you can''t pop in a burned cd or something. There''s also only a small amount of ram (something like 24mb - 32mb)

One more question I meant to ask: What is so "Linux" about "ps2Linux"? Is it an OS? Is it an environment kinda like ms visual dev? Or are u basically making ur ps2 a computer, so, in essence, it could be used just like one (ability to save on folders, etc.) ?

It becomes like a computer. The Linux kit comes with a hard drive that you install Linux onto. It also comes with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor cable.

Damn, the price has dropped to only $99. That''s a steal.
I haven''t really looked, but the only price I have seen ''till now is $199. Where''d you find it for $99?
