When I was make a ShadowVolume found a question?

Now I was make animate object for LPD3DFRAME and I was look dx9 sdk ShadowVolume example and in this example the object use CD3DMESH to lock vertex buffer and I was use LPD3DFRAME->pMeshContainer->MeshData.pMesh->LockVertexBuffer(0L, (LPVOID*)&pVertices); to lock vertex buffer but found a access error and can''t lock vertex buffer please tell me how to do ???

Be sure to check all your pointers for valid values. Usually not every LPD3DXFRAME object contains a mesh container--usually only one or a few.
