I need to put a link up on a webpage, so people can download my .exe file. The only problem is I can''t find a web page provider who''ll let me do it. I can put .bmp''s up, but not .exe. I guess its probably because they don''t want to get traced back to being the root of any malicious programs but I really need to get this up for people to evaluate my program. Does anyone know a provider who''ll let me put an executable file up?

Nope, try zipping it (or just giving it another extension so the server won''t recognise it).
