measuring program performance

hi gang i need to develop a test bed and am having trouble find resources/information for the following: i need to find a way (in c++ using opengl ) to measure cpu usage, loadtime(s), fps (thou this isn''t a hard one to do), memory usage, and any others taht may be relevent can anyone point me to a few articles that may be applicable? any help would greatly appreciated
