I''m sure if you look hard enough you''ll find an icon in your compiler that says ''new form'' or ''create new form''
Then when you want to open it use something like:

......btnOpenClick (...)

Application.CreateForm(NewForm);
NewForm.Show;
end Sub;

(The syntax may be different for the language you use)

Suppose we all have to start somewhere

Thanks,furiousp.
I know there is a icon to craete a new form. And i craeted one. But the problem is how do i call it to pop-up in the program?
In win32, you use CreateWindow() then show and update window. But how about in VB?

Thanks~
