Hello, I''m an associate producer of EvilGamers, www.evilgamers.net. We are looking to license our mmorpg code. It is easily worth 150. It has been tested however we are unsure of it''s limits as of yet. If you are interested please contact via private message on the forum.

Why don''t you just GPL it instead?

Rather than post something worthless in this thread, I''m going to try and contribute.

Can you give us some information on your middleware (or whatever it actually is)? I would be interested in hearing more about it, as I''m sure other probably are.

You can''t expect to sell something that hasn''t been tested/proven. Partner with someone to create a test world.

Ugh this is gotta be the biggest bs ever. There site is crap, and it seems like there pulling numbers out of there ass.

I only found one screen on there whole site.
I study day and night, memorizing the game.
It's not untested or a promotion. Consider how much the average mmorpg costs in the millions of dollars. How much did cost final fantasy 5 mil? These assets we are trying to license have taken us years to acquire, and we are willing to give the use of them for another mmorpg for just 150,000. This is a steal.

This code what put together using an engine, which we used as a compiler. 3dgs Yes it's been tested but we don't know it's limits, it's not a finished product. If you want it with support and a gurantee it works, then it will cost more.

I once worked for them and I must say they do not know what they are doing. They have about one or two people who do but the "leaders" do not listen to them. It may have change by now just be careful dealing with them. Also note greenknight this is not really the place for this stick to the gamestudio forums. You should''ve atleast informed them this is GameStudio code as in

http://www.conitec.net/a4info.htm

Also a quote from advestiment at a6 forums

We are going to keep the rights to them. This is untested code but as I said it would save you alot of time.

I don''t have anything agaisnt you GreenKnight but I feel it''s unfair keeping them in the dark about these few pieces of info. Have a good day.

If you trying to find out who I am try "wizard"
Goldmage, what work did you do for us? I would really like to know. I do remember you, but I didn't hear from you. If we have done something against you I would sincerely like to know.
If you have nothing good at all please do not say anything.

The code isn't untested. I was misinformed of that, and have since said so. People keep bringing it up. By the way, this isn't just 3dgs code. We do use it for a compiler, level maker, and the forums. We have our own linux client, that once we have more capital we will continue development off. We aren't real selling the 3dgs engine if that's what you are replying. Yes we do want to continue work on our mmorpg, but the lucky team that buys this will save themselves alot of work.

Where I should I put this topic. The people on the 3dgs forum said I shouldn't be there. As far as their being several leaders you are correct. Considering that we are a virtual team we need more supervision since everyone is not in the same place. Many technical difficulties have arisen, such as a computer virus, or hacking, so if one person isn't in touch we need to get someone else working, so that progress continues. Like I said I'm trying to get my team paid.

Was lead programmer (refresh memory now?) made pathfinding script only to find out I wouldn''t receive payment until handling it over.

I wasn''t saying your selling 3dgs engine it''s just alot of the code will naturally be made for the 3dgs engine which is fine but I don''t think you realize alot of people may not realize this. Most of the people here use C++ and finding out they spent money for something that is mostly in 3dgs wouldn''t be a nice way to start out.

Also I do have good things to say I said them. I trying to help you tell more info and prevent you from people saying you were lying (which I''m sure your not) but you may be forgetting some things here.

How much of the code is in c++ and is it avaible in c++ format or dll.

I brought up the untested part cause I didn''t know you didn''t know forget I ever said that.

Also I believe you, Rhurac (if he''s still there), scary_man (if he''s there), and few other members know what they are doing. But for the most part Kage himself doesn''t have a clue.

If you want to talk to me my email is programs@charter.net and I''m Wizrealms.

No hard feeling just this is from what I can tell a gstudio product and I don''t think many people here use it.
