Problem with mp3 rendering

im using Andy Pike tutorial on audio in directX. Im able to play mid and wav, but when i try to load mp3 file app exits with error. Im am able to play 40mb avi files with the same code, but mp3s seem to crash on this line: m_pGraph->RenderFile(wstrSoundPath, NULL); Im using summer ed SDK and my mp3s are error free What can be wrong?

Well, i cant find any sample in SDK that plays mp3s.. i figured out that i can play .ogg files.. also i cannot call CoInitializeEx(..) function. Im not too familiar with winapi but i suppose that one should be avaible :-)
