Help with nvasm & vsa

In tutorial Runcor 6 i found next vertex shader: vs.1.1 m4x4 oPos, v0, c8 m3x3 r5, v8, c0 m3x3 r7, v3, c0 mul r0, r5.zxyw, -r7.yzxw; mad r6, r5.yzxw, -r7.zxyw,-r0; ... vsa report error what r7.w not initialized, and in my mind this right, but nvasm no error report. Can anyone explain this moment? 2 question: If i want make vertex declaration, how it be for tangent: ; v0 - Position = dcl_position v0 ; v3 - Normal = dcl_normal v3 ; v7 - Texture = dcl_texcoord0 v7 ; v8 - Tangent = ??? I am new in dx9, so i not understand many things.
