do any of you know anywhere (WORKING links) that will help me convert to and/or from smd to maya?

I was under the impression that the Half-Life SDK providse these tools already.

Ah, here we go. They''re in SDK\Model Tools\Maya3. It looks like export only though, so if you need import I guess this won''t help much. If you don''t want to download the entire Half-Life SDK, I can e-mail these files to you; they''re tiny. Just post here with an address if you want them.
