Ok, this isn''t really a programming question but i can''t think of a better place to ask... I have MS Visual Studio .NET installed... I''ve got the MSDN that comes with it, then i''ve seperatly downloaded the DirectX 9 SDK (Summer 2003) which also comes with some documentation... now the problem is that i''ve got duplicate entries for all DirectX9 stuff... So every time i search for something i need to tell it to look in the summer 2003 documentation rather than the "preliminary documentation" that comes with MS Visual Studio... I know that i can completely disable either documentation but thats not much use, what i really want is to be able to get rid of all the old DX9 docs. Surely this can be done, does anybody know how? its not such a big deal but i like things to be tidy.

No. The AP is just being an idiot.

The MSDN is organized into help files for each individual SDK so you should be able to remove the older DirectX documentation by just removing those help files from the directory the MSDN is in.
