AttributeRange in space partition algorithm instead of vertex buffer...

did anyone here tried to use AttributeRange instead of storing vertex data in each end node of a space partition? i am working in it now...and i think i will get some extra rendering speed...but if anyone here tried it already then could he tell us some info?...
