So yeah, this is one super cool feature that makes my development so much faster. Does anyone have any idea how they implemented this feature? It would be very useful in a variety of situations. Thanks in advance for your help! Fishy

Intellisense is damn cool, when it works. which unfortunatly, is not that often in VS.net and especially with large projects.

I don''t actually know how they implemented it, but I''d imagine they use a C++ parser to build a tree of elements (classes, methods, members, etc) then when you type it just looks through the tree for objects in that scope and shows a list. same with when you type "object.". It''s certainly cool, but it''s a non-trivial thing to implement.

Think about what they must do in order for this feature to work; and that''s how they do it!

You mean they''re using a trojan to constantly read my code? :o
