In EffectEdit program of dx9 sdk, where you view the model and can zoom/pan or rotate it with the mouse, the code of this viewer is anywhere in the dxsdk ? I want to know how to do it zoom/pan/rotate with the mouse like this.

There are numerous SDK Examples which use the method you described, including:

- Clip Volume
- Enhanced Mesh
- Optimized Mesh
- Progressive Mesh
- RT Patch
- Skinned Mesh

Just check out the code for any of these samples.
