zoom/pan/rotate in EffectEdit
In EffectEdit program of dx9 sdk, where you view the model and can zoom/pan or rotate it with the mouse, the code of this viewer is anywhere in the dxsdk ? I want to know how to do it zoom/pan/rotate with the mouse like this.
