never mind, I managed to get it working
I just updated Dev-C++ and then I downloaded a package
EAT THAT MICROSOFT!

what so bad about Dev-C++?
I''m using it something like 3 months, and I havent found anything bad about it...

I used to use Dev-C++ before i got a free Visual Studio from school. It worked fine with direct x sdk (not dev thing) untill textures where it completly farted out. Dev is a very good program...good luck with it.
