I was write a demo with dx9 but when I run this program I found in my display card is no problem my display card is msi geforce fx 5600 in the geforce2 mx 400 or geforce4 mx 440 the hal is cann''t run my program is too slowly please tell me why and how to ravel out this
Can you translate that to English?

As far as I can tell, your problem is that the GeForce2 MX users run your program very slowly.

Geforce 2 and 4 are not dx9 cards. You are probably using some feature thats not implemented in hardware on those cards and that is causing it to slow on them as it has to be done in software.
