Creating Lightmaps

I want to render my scene with lights and shadows. Then, Grab all the textures (1 at a time). Is it possible? Bobby

In theory yes, in practice, why?
the thing is that you have to set up your viewport so that the area that the lightmap cover, and then do that for every texure.
If your doing your lightmaps that way, even raytracing is fast.

The best way is to use a proggie that pre renders the lightmaps using photon mapping or raytracing.

Trying to design a level editor that will save the lightmaps, thus cutting static lighting rendering.
