Hey, how would one go about turning a DOS command line prompt that could be re-created or referenced into a MFC application? I''ve never tried altering stuff, just creating new things, and don''t know much about how command line prompts work, so any sites would be cool. I googled it, but didn''t find exactly what I was looking for... (BTW, the command line wasn''t coded by myself, so I just can''t port the code over)

A command line prompt is a string of text like "fruny@stormwind $" or "C:\>". As such it has very little application in a GUI program.

If what you want is write a GUI front-end to a CLI program, pipes are what you are looking for. Check out commands like popen().
