How to put icon in exe with borland

I''ve been developing my first game using Microsoft''s compiler for some time. But when I tried Borland command line compiler I greatly preffered it. The only problem I have is that I can''t get an icon in my exe. It can''t process my .rc files, and I have no way of making .res files. Could anybody help me?

Man you must be like me to prefer a command line compiler.

You can process any .rc file into .res files by using the brc32.exe

Format: brc32 name.rc name.res

To use these res file in your program use the:
#pragma resource "name.res"

and you should be able to call the dialogs.I sure had trouble
with this as you would always get some standard funtion call error.A solution:

FARPROC dlg;

dlg = MakeProcInstance((FARPROC)Name_of_DlgProc,g_Instance);
ret = DialogBox(g_Instance,MAKEINTRESOURCE(ID_OF_DLG),hwnd,dlg);
FreeProcInstance(dlg);

The above was the method to call a dialog in a gui program.Or you
have to use make files.(I havent done so but try the http://www.winprog.org/tutorial/ the some info on using the make files).

to compile a win32 gui:
bcc32 -tW name.cpp

I just included this for, well simply.
