air hockey game

Hi folks, im trying to follow the tutorial for the air hockey game in the opengl game programming book (its all here) and ive got a working version, no errors. however i want to implement my own models using deep/3d explorations display list generation and am having trouble getting the object to load up properlly, it misses vertices ectetc anyone have any ideas? altho my models are low-poly, round about a thousand including a table, stadium, paddle and puck, i dont want to have to hard code, especially when copying the display list data into the working code would save a lot of time.
