Bugs in GLU polygon tessellation?

Does anybody know if there are any bugs in glu tesselation? I am trying to draw non-convex polygons using the following code. For simple non-convex polygons it works, for more complex cases it does several errors: holes, missing covered area and in the most complex cases it doesn''t draw anything.

I noted that on the same platform also FTGL (that in turn uses GLU!) has the same problem. I am using libGLU.so.1.3 on redhat 7.3 with geforce 4 MX.
