How fast is the stuff that this wizard generates??

The wizard uses the Sample Framework that ships with the DX SDK. It''s good for small to medium sized projects. It is very robust and can handle a lot of situations.

That being said, it''s not the greatest thing for very large projects. Since it has to be able to handle a variety of different conditions, the code to do all this may make the application a little slower.

The Sample Framework is good when you''re learning the steps involved in setting up a DirectX program and how to make your program very robust, but you won''t want to use it for professional game.
