I have no idea what you just said. However, I''m guessing that you wrote a program that included the winlib.h header and are having troubles because the compiler cannot find the header. This is probably because winlib.h is not a standard header, nor a header in the platform SDK nor is it a compiler specific header that ships with MSVC.
Judging from the directory listing, your source probably comes from a book of some sort. It should list the origin of winlib.h or any other of the strange headers it uses.
