Hi: I have question regarding the VC++ project relative directory. I know that I can read a layout file from the relative project directory using "/files/layout.txt" I found that if during run time I use the common open dialog and load some other files, the program will lose the project relative directory and I can''t use the "/file/layout.txt" to read the layout file. Is there a solution to this problem other than defining a long path directory constant? Thanks

Set the OFN_NOCHANGEDIR flag when you call the open dialog.
