show me how to present the ".X flie"

i know how to load and save ".X file"(i see the SDK to help), but the help file haven''t show me how to present ".X file", i want to know how to display bone,mesh,etc. which web site can i find such article? tototam

You need to know what the .X file is capable of. For one thing, you can''t just ''display'' the bones.
But the mesh can be displayed with pMesh->DrawSubset(i). This has to be done in a loop (for each attribute/texture/material).

Read the DirectX documentation.
Try googling first.

Tutorial 6 in the DX SDK shows you how to render a static .x model. If you want to render animated models, do a search in the forum and on the internet for "D3D skinning" or "D3D tweening" and you''ll come up with lots of info.
