Problem with ARBMultisample (FSAA)

Well I have been triing to get this for a while, and am having no luck. I have ARBMultisampleing enabled, but I''m unable to disable it. I should be able to do a glDisable(GL_MULTISAMPLE_ARB); but it is still antialiased after the call. Any one have any idea how to disable it? Thanks for any input.

Umm, do you not want it at all?
Because if that''s the case. I say just delete it.

What exactly are you trying to do?

I need it for normal rendering, but I need it to be disabled for when I use my picking method.
Hmm any one know a board that I may have better luck getting a solution with?
