Alpha channel - Please help
How can i create an alpha channel so
i can have a different
value of alpha and texture on each pixel?
I have a texture with two planes 1 for texture and 1 for alpha
values.

you need to create an actual image that contains an alpha channel. Then when loading, specify GL_RGBA when creating the texture. You also need to enable alpha blending with the correct blending function.
