I've got a 2D sprite using 3D demo I would like for some of you HIGH-END graphic card users out there to test.
This demo displays 2048 64x64 sprites, alpha-blended on a 640x480 screen. It crawls (on purpose) on my work's computer Radeon 7000.
I get like 14 FPS. I am curious as to what some of the high-end cards can do with the same un-optimized code. I am going to upgrade my card soon to about a $200 card (got a 7000 at work and a 7500 at home).
To exit the demo, PRESS THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON.
When you are done, you should see a "FPS.LOG" file...tell me what the max FPS was. THANKS!!
