I'm using WTL's dialog resizer class on a modeless dialog. I wanted to put a status bar on there because it could show the hypertext link locations (instead of futzing around with tooltips and the like). The problem: http://www.ontologicalshock.com/~matt/weird.png Notice how the status bar cuts through the rich edit box. That isn't right. I created the status bar by putting a custom control in the VC dialog editor, setting the classname to be "msctls_statusbar32." It seems that dragging on a certain part of the gripper can make the status bar get left behind. I'm not really sure what to look at here, but I'd prefer not having to rewrite the code to use frame windows instead of dialogs. Source: http://www.ontologicalshock.com/svn/OpenIM/trunk/Source/Components/Profile/ProfileWindow.cpp?view=auto&rev=13 Edit: seems to be when I resize the dialog using the bottom or top edges only. Solution: make sure you resize the status bar on X and Y events in the dialog resize map.

Sorry for the silly post, hopefully someone else can get a use out of it.
