Tingling of the brain

It''s just the skin of your head. I can do it on demand, but then it doens''t feel so good as someone causes it(By brushing my hair, and some other stuff). Ofcourse, my meditation sessions have tought me great things about my body. I can make me legs so heavy and numb that I don''t feel them anymore, on command.
